\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u4e2d\u6587\u5b78\u6821\u662f\u4e00\u6240\u975e\u71df\u5229\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5176\u4e3b\u8981\u5b97\u65e8\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u7814\u7fd2\u4e2d\u83ef\u6587\u5316\u53ca\u8a9e\u8a00\u3002\u672c\u6821\u7aed\u8aa0\u6b61\u8fce\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u5fd7\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e2d\u6587\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u5831\u540d\u53c3\u52a0\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u672c\u6821\u7684\u8a9e\u8a00\u8ab2\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u50b3\u7d71\u73ed\u53ca\u96d9\u8a9e\u73ed\u3002\u50b3\u7d71\u73ed\u8f03\u9069\u5408\u8aac\u4e2d\u6587\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u6559\u5b78\u4ee5\u7e41\u9ad4\u6ce8\u97f3\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u56db\u81f3\u4e5d\u5e74\u7d1a\u518d\u8f14\u4ee5\u6f22\u8a9e\u62fc\u97f3\u3002\u96d9\u8a9e\u73ed\u5247\u4ee5\u6f22\u8a9e\u62fc\u97f3\u6559\u5b78\u3002\u5b78\u6821\u8ab2\u7a0b\u6574\u9ad4\u8a2d\u8a08\u6ce8\u91cd\u5728\u5b78\u751f\u80fd\u807d\u8aac\u8b80\u5beb\u4e2d\u6587\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

\u672c\u6821\u5b78\u751f\u53ca\u5bb6\u9577\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u5404\u5f0f\u7684\u793e\u5340\u670d\u52d9\u3002\u8fd1\u5e7e\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u66f4\u900f\u904e\u5404\u7a2e\u793e\u5340\u6d3b\u52d5\u63a8\u5c55\u4e2d\u83ef\u6587\u5316\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u5e02\u7684\u793e\u5340\u65e5\u3001\u65b0\u6fa4\u897f\u4e2d\u6587\u5b78\u6821\u5354\u6703\u6d3b\u52d5\u3001\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u5927\u5b78\u570b\u969b\u65e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u666e\u6797\u65af\u9813\u3001\u897f\u6eab\u838e\u5e02\u548c\u5e73\u539f\u5e02\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u65b0\u5e74\u6176\u795d\u6d3b\u52d5\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u5bb6\u9577\u5011\u71b1\u5fc3\u53c3\u8207\u5b78\u6821\u5404\u9805\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5b50\u5973\u6a39\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u670d\u52d9\u793e\u6703\u7684\u6977\u6a21\u3002\u6211\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\u793e\u5340\u670d\u52d9\u662f\u56de\u994b\u675c\u6703\u7684\u6700\u597d\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e4b\u4e00<\/span>\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Princeton Chinese Language School<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Princeton Chinese Language School (PCLS) is a nonprofit organization whose primary mission is to provide a structured and nurturing environment for learning Chinese language and culture.\u00a0 We welcome anyone interested in learning Chinese language to be part of the PCLS family.<\/span><\/p>\n

Established in 1970, PCLS now has a proud history of 50+ years.\u00a0 At its inception, the school was affiliated with Princeton University\u2019s Chinese Club with only five teachers and twenty students at that time.\u00a0 Today, we have 164 students, 20 language teachers, and 17 culture instructors.\u00a0 The curriculum includes both language classes and cultural activities.\u00a0 Students are placed in language classes based on their ages and Chinese language proficiency, and in cultural activities according to their preferences.\u00a0 Classes are held weekly at the Princeton Day School in Princeton, New Jersey<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

PCLS\u2019s language program consists of two tracks: traditional and CSL (Chinese as Second Language).\u00a0 \u00a0 The traditional track is better suited for students who speak Mandarin at home.\u00a0 Students in the traditional track use the phonic system; Zhuyin and traditional Chinese writing. \u00a0 Pinyin is introduced in grades four through nine after students have mastered Chinese enunciation.\u00a0 Students in CSL track use Pinyin as the primary phonic system.\u00a0 Our language curriculum emphasizes practical usage of Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

PCLS offers a variety of cultural classes including: Chinese chess, \u00a0Lion Dance, Chinese Knotting, Chinese brush painting, dance, Er-Hu, crafts, story & music, drawing, Chinese YoYo, homework club, Chinese Karaoke, basketball, anime drawing, and TaeKwonDo. There are also adult activities such as Zumba, flower arrangement, badminton, and basketball.<\/span><\/p>\n

PCLS is operated by parent volunteers.\u00a0 Under the governance of the Board of Trustees, the school operation is executed by an Operating Committee that consists of Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Director, Culture Director, Treasurer, Registrar, Parent Liaisons, Vendor Management, Coupon Day Management, Photographer and others as needed. The Academic Director, Culture Director, and teaching staff are responsible for academic and cultural activities. Our students and parents are active participants in many local community events.\u00a0 In recent years, PCLS has raised awareness of Chinese culture and community volunteer services by sponsoring local events such as Communiversity Day in Princeton, the Association for New Jersey Chinese School Annual Events, the Princeton University International Festival, and Chinese New Year Celebrations in Princeton, West Windsor, and Plainsboro.\u00a0 Parents are enthusiastic about participating in school activities and setting a role model for our children as we believe that community service is one of the best ways to give back to the society.<\/span><\/p>\n
