Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) is a global program with a regionally-focused curriculum. PCLS<\/span> welcomes all 18+ adults in the area who are interested in learning Mandarin to join our class. No prior experience necessary. Through TCML, you will also get to explore future opportunities to study Mandarin in Taiwan, which offers a free and democratic environment.
