Below are the updated information about the culture class and adult class.\u00a0 Please read carefully and contact the class coordinators or our culture director, Ya-ping Su:\u00a0culture@pcls.org<\/a>\u00a0should you have further questions.<\/p>\n New class & Offerings this year:<\/strong><\/p>\n We are excited to announce a new culture class (for Adults and Children in different class time) \u2013 the quintessence of Chinese culture:\u00a0Mahjong<\/strong>\u00a0(\u9ebb\u5c07).<\/strong> Our volunteer parent teachers David, Howzan, Joseph and Tony will be teaching this class. You probably have seen them practicing in the cafeteria last semester.\u00a0 If your child is 8 years and older and would like to switch his\/her culture class to this Mahjong, please fill out\u00a0the\u00a0culture class change form<\/strong>\u00a0HERE<\/a><\/p>\n All adult class this year:<\/strong><\/p>\n Parents, if you’re interested in joining adult class, please see the details below.\u00a0 For PCLS families, the\u00a0facility fee is only $50 for the whole year then you can participate different adult activities (material fee or activity fee apply for certain classes).<\/p>\n There are three NEW <\/strong>Adult classes this year: Adult Karaoke, Adult Mahjong, and Craft (card making)<\/strong>.\u00a0 Attached pictures are some samples that Mrs. Sherry Wu will teach the students to make in the craft class.\u00a0 The cards are really beautiful and unique.<\/p>\n Note: the definition of \u201cPCLS family”: The families with students registered or with PCLS teachers teaching in current school year.<\/p>\n
