Weekly Newsletter: October 1, 2021, Drawing & Speech Contest info, Class Parent Meeting Canceled

Happy October 1st!

The rental search for an alternate site has yielded some possibilities such as Mercer County Community College, South Brunswick High School, Rider University, and Montgomery High School. But none of these have been finalized as there are many hoops we have to jump through. There is also a high surcharge for cleaning and custodian fees that make it unaffordable. Some sites are also concerned about us using the facility on Sunday afternoon and their students returning Monday morning.

At this point, online learning on Oct 10 is highly likely unless something dramatic happens in the next few days. I will keep everyone updated. I also want to thank everyone who offered help and support. Thank you!

Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning 台灣華語文學習中心

Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) is a global program with a regionally-focused curriculum. PCLS welcomes all 18+ adults in the area who are interested in learning Mandarin to join our class. No prior experience is necessary. Through TCML, you will also get to explore future opportunities to study Mandarin in Taiwan, which offers a free and democratic environment.
