Message from Principal

As we settle into the school year, I’d also like to thank our families for helping us keep the PDS campus welcoming and respectful. Please remind your children not to open or play with the PDS lockers, which belong to PDS students and contain their personal belongings. Your support in reinforcing this expectation helps us maintain a positive relationship with our host school.

Fall Parent Meeting

Join us for our Fall Parent Meeting on October 18, from 3:00–4:00 PM, to learn more about how PCLS operates and supports our students. Whether you are new to PCLS or would simply like to get to know our school better, this is a great opportunity to connect with our administrative team, ask questions, and share your suggestions. We look forward to hearing from you!

Please check our website for the school calendar.

PTA Update

Parent participation and involvement are essential to the success of the school’s operation and events. Please make sure you have signed up for required parent duties which are One Type A duty, One Type B duty, and One of the parent meetings for each family. If you are able to spare more time to our community, we would be very thankful. To check your parent duty sign ups, please click this SignupGenius link.

Deposit refund requirement: Please note that only after the parent duties are fulfilled will the deposit be refunded. Detailed parent duty instructions and information can be found in the PCLS Parent Duty Guidelines. Please make sure to sign in at the event/duty to log the completion of your duty. Also, if any events/parent duty signups are canceled/moved, it is the family’s responsibility to sign up for another parent duty or the rescheduled time to fulfill the requirement in order to receive the deposit.

Room Parent Volunteers: We would also love to hear from parents who are interested in volunteering as a Room Parent for the following classes:

T6 and CSL3

If you are interested in helping with class activities, parent communication, and other class-related matters, please feel free to reach out to Erin while at school or at PTA@pcls.org.
