There are many internal & external contests coming up in April. Participating in the contests is a great way for the students to practice their Chinese, and they also earn coupons that they can use to exchange for prizes on Coupon Day on 6/9. Please encourage your child(ren) to sign up! If you don’t know how the coupon program works, please feel free to ask the admin team.
School is closed next Sunday March 31, enjoy your spring break! The next newsletter will be sent out on April 5.

Storytelling Contest 看圖說故事比賽
PCLS will host the “Chinese Story Telling Contest” on April 7th, 2024. We cordially invite all students to participate. Speaking is one of the key components in Chinese language learning. In addition to daily conversations and reciting textbook contents, “story-telling” is a fun way to practice speaking and communicating in Chinese.
Contest Date and Time: April 7, 2024 1:25-2:25 pm
Contest Location: PDS upper gym
Registration Period: Please use the Google Form to register between March 8, 2024 to March 31, 2024

2023-2024 ANJCS YoYo Contest 紐澤西中文學校協會 校際扯鈴比賽 [ Last Call ! ]
The ANJCS YoYo contest will take place at Marlboro Middle School (355 County Rd 520, Marlboro, NJ 07746) on April 13, 2024 (Saturday) 9:30am – 12:00pm.

2023-2024 ANJCS Singing Contest 紐澤西中文學校協會 校際歌唱比賽
The ANJCS Singing contest will be held on 4/27 at Edison Chinese School at 12:30 PM. Please see this link (English version here) for more detail. If you are interested in participating, please email the culture director. Registration deadline is 4/6.

If you are able to spare more time to our community, we would be very thankful. There are still a few open slots left to sign up!
