Just a friendly reminder: We are starting our preparation for the Lunar New Year celebration! Please keep an eye out for important notices from your teachers. Additionally, please be sure to read the PCLS newsletter, as it contains important announcements regarding the celebration.

🧧 2026 LNY DRAGON and LION Dance Practice

We are so excited to continue the PCLS tradition of Dragon and Lion dances at the LNY celebration! To make this a fun and successful experience for everyone, consistency is key. We ask that students fully commit to the schedule, as missing practice makes it difficult for the group to move forward. Please keep an open line of communication with the teachers so we can plan practices that work for the team. Thank you for your support!

🧧 2026 LNY Raffle Prize Donations Needed

If you’d like to donate a raffle prize:

  • Retail Value: $25 or more. (We’re aiming for prizes that make people shout!)

  • Condition: Must be NEW and UNOPENED. (No dusty relics, please.)

  • Appropriateness: Items should be suitable for the occasion and our audience.

  • Tax receipts are available upon request.

PTA Update

Deposit refund requirement: Please note that only after the parent duties are fulfilled will the deposit be refunded. To check your 2025-2026 parent duty sign ups, please click this link. Detailed parent duty instructions and information can be found in the PCLS Parent Duty Guidelines. Please make sure to sign in at the event/duty to log the completion of your duty. If any events/parent duty signups are canceled/moved, it is the family’s responsibility to fulfill another parent duty in order to receive the deposit.
