Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is Now Open!
**Early Bird Discount — Save $50!**
Register and pay in full by June 14, 2026 to lock in the discounted rate.
To get started:

3. Register your student(s) through this link

Location – Mercer County Park – East Picnic Area (1346 Edinburg Rd, Princeton Junction, NJ 08550, or Parking Lot 13, West Windsor Township, NJ 08550)
Sign Up items
⏰ Arrival Time: Please make sure your items arrive by 12:15 PM.
🍲 Drop-off & Tickets: Set your food down at the table first, then check in with the Culture Director or PTA lead. You’ll receive 6 extra tickets for each item you bring (in the requested quantity)!
🏷️ Prep Your Gear: Please bring any necessary serving utensils, cut food into individual portions ahead of time (if applicable), and label both your containers and utensils with your name so they find their way back to you.
👋 Wrap-up: Don’t forget to grab your containers and utensils at the end of the event!
Seating: With limited seating at this venue, bringing your own outdoor chairs, picnic table, or canopy is highly recommended.
Ticket & Cash Donation

There will be a table at the entrance for ticket pick up and purchase

If you sign up for a cash donation, please check in at the ticket booth to give your donation (cash only) and receive 6 free tickets.

Each student/teacher/TA/admin team member receives 4 tickets max. per person even if you have multiple roles.

Additional tickets are sold at $5 for 5 tickets, $10 for 11 tickets and $20 for 23 tickets. CASH ONLY please!

We are now accepting TA application for the 2026-2027 school year. You must be 14 years old by 8/31/2026 to be eligible to apply. It’s a great way to give back to the community, share what you’ve learned at PCLS and also earn volunteer hours. Please click on this Google form for more information and to apply.

PTA Update
Parent duty signups for the 2026-2027 School Year have started. The requirements and the parent duty refund rules have been changed. Please take some time to read the updated Parent Duty Guideline for more details. All duties are listed on the SignUpGenius website. Note that the restrictions and requirements for individual duties are described in detail on the website. Please carefully read the description before choosing a duty. First come, first serve.
For the 2025-2026 School Year parent duty signups, please check the updated list for the changes.
